The exhibition concept

Away from the grubby image of conventional erotic fairs, the atmosphere at obscene is characterized by tolerance, openness and respect and appeals just as much to couples as to women who visit the fair alone or to gays and transgenders. At obscene, exclusive, special, often handmade creations, toys and furniture for the various passions are shown.

The catchment area

Karlsruhe is located in the middle between the economically strong conurbations Rhine Neckar (Mannheim/Heidelberg), Middle Neckar (Stuttgart) and the strong trinational metropolitan region Upper Rhine with Basel in Switzerland and Strasbourg in France, among others. Visitor promotion will be focused on these strong catchment areas.
