The stand area rental includes the stand area and stand partition walls in black. A form will be sent by the stand builder for ordering additional furniture.

The incidental costs fee includes power connection and power consumption, W-LAN in the hall (ticket via the exhibition office) and waste disposal. The advertising fee includes entry in the exhibitor list on the website (with company logo and link) and naming in the trade fair magazine and free advertising materials. Exhibitors who make a raffle will receive 4 free tickets in addition.

Payment terms: 50% of the stand area rental incl. flat fees by 30 days after receipt of registration. Further 50% until March 1th 2024. All prices are exclusive of VAT. With the registration we accept the conditions of participation of M&A Messemanagement.

After sending the form you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us immediately!

Additional costs flat rate for stands:
Up to 11 sqm: 110 EUR
12–17 sqm: 144 EUR
18–25 sqm: 180 EUR
26–36 sqm: 214 EUR
Larger than 36 sqm: 248 EUR

Flat rate for advertising costs: 86 EUR
